ABOUT THE ROLE
Yogyam is building a global career-readiness platform for Indian nurses, with active pipelines toward Germany and other European markets. This role owns social media research and content execution on both sides of that pipeline — sourcing and engaging Indian nursing talent, while researching German/European market trends, competitor activity, and content angles that resonate with our supply-side and demand-side audiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
India Side
Research and track nursing communities, language-class groups, and nurse-focused pages
Identify and engage active/engaged nurse profiles
Manage both country calendar timing for content Track competitor recruitment agencies' social presence and messaging
Europe Side
Research German/European carehome and hospital social media presence, recruitment messaging, and employer branding trends
Monitor German nursing-sector hashtags, groups, and influencer/creator activity (e.g., nurses already working in Germany) Flag partnership-relevant signals (language schools, recognition bodies, agencies) worth outreach
Support translation/localization checks for Europe-facing content (working with German-speaking reviewers)
Cross-Cutting Weekly research reports summarizing trends, competitor moves, and content opportunities on both sides Basic performance tracking (reach, engagement, follower growth) on managed handles
Coordinate with content/design team on asset requests
REQUIREMENTS
Should be familiar with tools like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Interest in healthcare workforce mobility / international recruitment space a plus
No experience required Should have own laptop COMPENSATION ₹10,000 per month
