We are hiring a Property & Guest Experience Executive to manage property operations, guest experience, local partnerships, and business development across our Munnar properties.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations across 20 properties in Munnar.
Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution.
Conduct property inspections and quality checks.
Coordinate with owners, caretakers, and local partners.
Develop travel-agent and B2B partnerships.
Identify sales and revenue opportunities.
Support new property onboarding and improve property performance.
Resolve on-ground operational issues promptly.
Requirements
Hospitality, travel, sales, or field operations experience preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive and comfortable working independently.
Munnar knowledge/network is an advantage.
Willingness to travel locally.
