Social Media Marketing Executive

As a Social Media Marketing Executive at NJK Pharmacy Private Limited, you will play an important role in strengthening our digital presence and building our brands, with a special focus on our beauty and personal care portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and overall digital presence across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
Create, curate, and coordinate engaging content including reels, posts, product content, campaigns, and other social media creatives in line with brand objectives.
Manage influencer and content creator collaborations for our beauty brands, including identifying relevant influencers, coordinating campaigns, briefing creators, and ensuring timely content delivery.
Coordinate closely with the E-commerce Team to align social media activities with product launches, promotions, offers, marketplace campaigns, website activities, and sales objectives.
Work closely with the Marketing Team to plan and execute integrated brand campaigns, product promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with the HR Team for employee-focused social media activities, company culture content, recruitment campaigns, celebrations, and employer branding initiatives.
Monitor social media trends and campaign performance, manage digital advertising activities, and use insights to improve engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.

Additional Requirements: (But not Mandatory)
Experience in designing creatives using Canva.
Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
