We’re looking for a sharp, proactive person to work closely with the Founder across business strategy, operations, research, execution, and new initiatives.
This is not a traditional desk role. You’ll get exposure to how businesses are built from the ground up and will often work on projects that move directly from an idea to execution.
What You’ll Work On
Work directly with the Founder on priority projects
Research new business ideas, markets and opportunities
Coordinate with marketing, operations, sales and external partners
Create presentations, reports, trackers and business plans
Follow up with teams and ensure projects move forward
Help improve systems, processes and execution
Assist with meetings, partnerships and special projects
Use AI and digital tools to research, analyse and execute faster
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who is:
Smart, curious and willing to learn
Highly organised and dependable
Comfortable taking ownership
Good at communication and follow-ups
Able to research and solve problems independently
Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
Familiar with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, presentations and AI tools
Freshers and candidates with early-stage work experience are welcome.
Your educational background matters less to us than your ability to think, learn and execute.
