Role: Management Trainee - Strategy & Special Projects
Experience: Minimum 1 year (including internships)
Compensation: 25,000 - 35,000 (Depending on experience & interview)
What You'll Actually Do:
Work closely with senior leadership on important business initiatives and special projects.
Take ownership of projects from idea -> planning -> execution -> closure.
Research markets, companies, competitors, trends, celebrities, industries and potential business opportunities.
Help build presentations, proposals, strategies, reports and business plans.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors and external partners to keep projects moving.
Support marketing, business development and brand initiatives when required.
Identify problems, opportunities and gaps and proactively suggest solutions.
Help turn ideas into actionable plans and make sure they actually get executed.
Track projects, timelines, deliverables and people involved.
Work on ad-hoc problems where the answer or process may not already exist.
