Position Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Head. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and project management expertise to ensure successful delivery of projects and services across multiple accounts. Delivery Head will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and operational excellence while leading and mentoring delivery teams
Key Responsibilities
• The role of a Delivery Head is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects and services. Key responsibilities include:
• Project Management Oversight: Leading and overseeing multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Resource Allocation: Managing and allocating resources effectively, optimizing team performance and project outcomes.
• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Performance Metrics: Establishing and monitoring KPIs to measure project performance and team productivity.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various departments (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure seamless delivery.
• Team Leadership and Development: Leading, mentoring, and developing the delivery team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Key Skills, Experience & Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 15+ years of experience in delivery management roles, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in delivery management software and ERP systems.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
