The Opportunity
We are looking for two sharp, relentless BDRs who live and breathe outbound sales. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients in the US market —cold calling, prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings for our senior sales team. What You Will Do
Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to US-based Amazon brands and sellers every single day
Qualify prospects against ICP criteria and convert cold conversations into booked meetings
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
Follow up persistently and intelligently — calls, emails, and LinkedIn touches in a coordinated sequence
Maintain a clean, real-time CRM pipeline — every touchpoint logged, every status updated
Hit and report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs without being asked
Share market intel from conversations — objections, competitor mentions, buying signals — to help sharpen the sales playbook
What We Are Looking For
Must-haves
2+ years of outbound BDR or SDR experience with a track record of cold calling as the primary motion
Has worked in quota-carrying, metric-driven environments You should be able to tell us exactly how many calls you made per day and meetings you booked
per month — and show the numbers. Comfortable working US hours (5:30 PM – 2:00 AM IST) consistently
Demonstrated ownership of pipeline metrics You treat your numbers like a business owner, not an employee — you do not wait to be chased for updates
Strong English communication — your cold call opener, your follow-up email, your LinkedIn note — all sharp and professiona
Highly valued
Prior experience selling into the eCommerce, Amazon, or SaaS space
Familiarity with US business culture and decision-maker personas (CMO, VP eCommerce, Brand Director)
Hands-on experience with outbound tools — Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Has come from an agency or startup background You know how to hustle without hand-holding
