Our esteemed client is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Inventory Functional Consultant | Production Support to support and enhance enterprise-wide Supply Chain and Inventory operations. Job Location is Pune.

Our esteemed client is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Inventory Functional Consultant to support and enhance enterprise-wide Supply Chain and Inventory operations. This role combines functional consulting, production support, incident management, ERP operations, integrations, and business process optimization within a large-scale PeopleSoft environment
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead incident and problem management activities, including root cause analysis and resolution
Support PeopleSoft Inventory, Mobile Inventory, and Cost Accounting modules
Manage end-to-end Inventory lifecycle processes:
MSR Creation
Picking
Shipping
Inventory Depletion
Troubleshoot complex Inventory transactions, Par Replenishment, BCT, and operational issues
Support integrations between PeopleSoft Inventory and third-party logistics providers such as UPS and FedEx
Participate in PUM upgrades, regression testing, UAT, and production deployments
Configure and support Inventory Business Units, Warehouses, Hospitals, Pharmacies, and Supply Chain operations
Collaborate with business users, product teams, and development teams to drive process improvements
Experience & Qualification:
Must Have skill:-
COBOL troubleshooting
Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS)
VBA & Excel-to-CI integrations
Computer Vision solutions
Demand Planning tools
AtPar
SOTI
Preferred Qualifications
Strong SDLC knowledge
Experience conducting UAT and obtaining business sign-off
Stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience supporting enterprise-wide production environments
Certifications (Preferred)
APICS Certification
Inventory Lifecycle Certification
Knowledge & Skills Required:
6+ years of IT Consulting, ERP Support, or Production Support experience
5+ years of PeopleSoft Inventory & Mobile Inventory experience
Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting / Costing Module
Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management processes
Experience with PeopleSoft Query Manager and SQL
Experience supporting Integration Broker (IB)
Hands-on experience supporting UPS/FedEx logistics integrations
Experience creating functional specifications and process documentation
Expertise in troubleshooting Inventory lifecycle transactions
6+ Years Overall Experience
5+ Years in PeopleSoft Inventory & Supply Chain
Production Support & Incident Management Experience Required
