We’re Hiring: Associate Producer
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Associate Producer to join our production team!
If you’ve got 2–4 years of experience in the production industry and are ready to take the next step in your career, this one’s for you.
You’ll work closely with senior producers and cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects from concept to completion.
What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with senior producers to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Support pre-production activities: casting, location scouting, and script prep.
• Assist during shoots by managing logistics, schedules, and on-set coordination.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and talent for seamless execution.
• Handle admin tasks like scheduling, documentation, and asset management.
• Share creative inputs and practical solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated on production trends, tools, and best practices.

• Proven ability to handle end-to-end project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High ownership with strong prioritization skills.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

CTC: ₹2,40,000 – ₹4,80,000 per annum
Location: Mumbai (Andheri East) Onsite
