Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote our Pet nutrition division, Growel Feeds’ products and brand across online channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media platforms, developing web content, coordinating online promotions, and tracking campaign performance using web analytics tools. The Digital Marketing Executive will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align digital initiatives with business goals and support lead generation and brand awareness. The role also includes monitoring industry trends, optimizing content and campaigns, and preparing regular performance reports and insights.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills with an understanding of brand positioning and campaign management.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to convey technical information simply.
Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including managing platforms, creating engaging posts, and growing online communities.
Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills to develop concise, audience-focused content for websites, blogs, and digital campaigns.
Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track, interpret, and report on digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field are preferred.
Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms) is beneficial.
Prior experience in agribusiness, aquaculture, or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
