About the Role
iTechnolabs is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Product Manager to own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, design, engineering, sales, and other stakeholders to build products that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Gather and analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor insights.
Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
Create and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
Prioritize features and manage the product backlog based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA, and business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Define product KPIs and analyze product performance using data and user feedback.
Conduct user research, usability analysis, and feedback sessions to identify improvement opportunities.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new product opportunities.
Plan and support product launches, feature releases, and go-to-market activities.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve user experience, product adoption, retention, and revenue.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on product progress.
Identify product risks, dependencies, and challenges and work proactively to resolve them.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar product-focused role.
Strong understanding of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong knowledge of product discovery, roadmap planning, backlog management, and prioritization.
Experience writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and software development processes.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Aha!, or similar platforms is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience working on B2B SaaS, mobile applications, web applications, or enterprise products.
Understanding of product analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and software architecture.
Experience working with distributed or international teams.
Strong understanding of AI/ML-powered products will be an added advantage.
