Lead Data Scientist (LLM)

We GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is hiring for Lead Data Scientist Role !
Job Location : Airoli , Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)
Years of Experience: 8-12 years
Notice Period Preferred : Immediate-30 days Only !
Skillset : Python + LLM+ ML/NLP
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and execute the AI strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers. This role doesn't have direct reports.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Oversee the planning, development, and deployment of AI projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Guide the design, development, and implementation of AI models and algorithms.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, robust, and secure.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and management to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines.
• Work closely with Engineering to identify opportunities for AI solutions.
• Facilitate collaboration between data science, engineering, and business teams.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models in production.
• Implement processes for continuous improvement and optimization of AI solutions.
• Ensure AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present reports on AI project progress, outcomes, and ROI.
• Document AI methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, GenAI, LLM.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e. g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of data management and data engineering principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e. g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e. g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Soft Skills:
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
Additional Requirements
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Certification in AI/ML (e. g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate, AWS Certified Machine Learning) is desirable.
