Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Leader to lead our sales team at Bajaj Muvattupuzha and Kolenchery in ernakulam city
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, sales expertise, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve branch targets
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly goals
• Monitor daily sales activities and team productivity
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Train and mentor team members for improved performance
• Coordinate with branch management to implement sales strategies
• Handle customer escalations and provide effective solutions
• Ensure showroom standards and operational efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales/team handling roles
Prior automotive/two-wheeler industry experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
Good customer relationship management skills
