Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Tiruppur. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations including employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management. The role involves supporting employee relations, addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture. The Executive will assist in implementing HR policies, coordinating performance management activities, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining HR records and reports, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating training initiatives, and collaborating with leadership and departmental teams on HR-related projects.

Job Responsibilities
Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
Manage daily attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee grievances, discipline, engagement, and welfare activities.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and applicable labour laws.
Maintain HR records, reports, and employee databases.
Support factory/shop-floor HR operations and contract labour management.
Coordinate with management during social compliance and buyer audits.
Assist in HR policies, training, and employee development initiatives.
Requirements
Graduate/MBA in HR or relevant qualification.
2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in apparel/garment manufacturing or export.
Good knowledge of HR operations, labour compliance, and MS Excel.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
