Years of exp: 2-4 years of experience in the relevant field (Experience in B2C sales, membership sales, hospitality, fitness, leisure or lifestyle is preferred)
Compensation range: 4-5 LPA + INCENTIVES
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Generate and convert B2C leads into club memberships
• Engage with prospective customers and understand their requirements
• Conduct club tours and effectively communicate membership benefits
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions
• Identify opportunities to increase memberships and revenue
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
