Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and visually driven Art Director to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong visual thinking, a good understanding of design aesthetics, and exposure to integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Translate ideas into impactful visual designs across multiple platforms.
Present creative concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure all creative work aligns with the brand's identity, tone, and positioning.
Deliver high-quality creative solutions that drive business impact.
Partner with Copywriters to develop and execute compelling creative concepts under the guidance of the Creative Director.
Required Skills & Experience
Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate from a reputed design school/institute.
Experience: 6 months–1 year of relevant experience in a creative/advertising agency.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Strong exposure to mainline advertising, with basic exposure to digital.
Strong visual thinking, conceptual ability and design aesthetics.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative, diverse and concept-led work.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
