Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
Document findings and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing and support future problem resolution.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to increase efficiency.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Data Modeling in Erwin and exposure in Data
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data structures and system interactions.
Experience with database design principles and data architecture best practices.
Ability to work with various data sources and ensure data integrity across systems.
Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis.
Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
