Fresh Prints invites you to join a hands-on 2-Week US Sales Bootcamp where you’ll learn by doing, work with the US market, and build real-world sales skills – not sit through boring lectures.
You’ll get exposure to US B2B sales, prospecting, client conversations, pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and account management, with mentorship from experienced sales professionals.

What You’ll Get (After the Bootcamp)
Your potential journey:
US Sales Bootcamp → Jr. ISA → ISA Level 1
Career Pathway — Strong performers will be offered a position with Fresh Prints as a Jr. Inside Sales Associate and progress to an Inside Sales Associate.
4% Uncapped Commission for Junior ISA — Earn an average of ~$350/month
What Happens Next?
After the bootcamp, strong performers will be offered to join Fresh Prints as a Junior Inside Sales Associate (Jr. ISA).
As a Jr. ISA, you’ll:
Work with U.S. clients and gain real-world sales experience
Earn 4% uncapped commission on every sale (an average of ~$350/month)
Build the skills and experience needed to grow into a full-time sales role
Health insurance + mental health benefits
Successful Jr. ISAs will then transition into a Full-Time Inside Sales Associate (ISA Level 1) role.
Your compensation would include:
₹8.5–9 LPA fixed CTC (approximately $780/month fixed salary)
4% uncapped commission on sales
₹10–12 LPA estimated total annual earnings, including typical commission/incentives
Health insurance + mental health benefits
In simple terms: ₹8.5–9 LPA is the fixed component. With commission and incentives, total annual earnings can reach approximately ₹10–12 LPA, depending on your performance.

Bootcamp Details
Duration: 2 weeks
Format: 100% Remote
Market: United States
Hours: 7:30 PM – 2:00 AM IST, Monday–Friday
Commitment: 25–35 hours/week
