Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of software components.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
Experience in designing and implementing data models that optimize performance and support complex business reporting requirements.
Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices within SAP environments.
Ability to develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP BW/4HANA with other enterprise systems.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data modeling and system performance.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
