The Senior Manager, Lifestyle & Collections Brand Management - Asia Pacific (APAC) will help accelerate the growth and performance of Hilton's Lifestyle and Collection brands across the region. This role turns category strategy into practical cross-functional support and execution across a diverse and growing APAC portfolio. Specifically, you will enable category growth and improve portfolio performance through development support, strategic analysis, and enterprise problem solving. The successful candidate will bring strategic thinking, strong project management, and the ability to build trusted relationships with owners, development partners, corporate functions, hotel teams, and regional and global stakeholders.

You have these minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
7+ years of experience in brand management, brand support, hotel development, commercial strategy, consulting, hospitality operations, marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and translating strategic analysis into measurable business action.
Experience working across multiple markets, cultures, or business environments; APAC experience is preferred.
Strong strategic thinking, structured problem solving, executive communication and presence, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to travel regionally, anticipated at approximately 25 to 30% depending on business needs.
It would be useful if you have:
Experience with hotel development, conversion projects, owner relations, commercial performance, or portfolio strategy.
Previous work or collaboration with lifestyle, boutique, collection, or other differentiated hospitality brands.
Experience managing ambiguity, influencing without direct authority, and balancing brand intent, guest experience, and owner economics.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data visualization and AI-enabled productivity tools is helpful.
Proficiency in Chinese language (spoken, written, and reading), with business-level conversational skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the Greater China & Mongolia (GCM) region.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important, and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
Support cross-functional workstreams with Development, Architecture, Design & Construction (AD&C), Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and global brand partners to move decisions forward.
Support priority hotel development opportunities through brand-fit assessments, pitch creation, competitor analysis, market business cases, and stakeholder presentations.
Continuously review portfolio, commercial, guest, and development performance, and identify trends and risks.
Coordinate practical improvement plans and problem-solve hotel escalations with partner functions.
Prepare clear recommendations, executive updates, and decision materials that translate complex analysis into action.
How you will collaborate with others:
Partner with APAC Development and AD&C teams on brand-fit assessments, property improvement plans (PIPs), conversions, exceptions, and owner discussions.
Work closely with hotel leaders, Commercial, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, and Operations to support openings, ramp-up, and portfolio priorities.
Build effective working relationships with global Lifestyle brand teams and participate in regional governance, planning, and performance-review meetings.
What projects or deliverables you will take ownership of:
In support of the Lifestyle team leader, partner on category planning workstreams, including growth evaluations, category and brand performance reviews, case studies, development enablement materials, and strategic recommendations.
Manage regional Lifestyle and Collection projects from brief through implementation, including stakeholder alignment, project plans, risk management, communications, and follow-through.
