Working Hours – 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST at least
Position Summary:
A Workday PATT Consultant (Workday Payroll, Absence Management and/or Time Tracking) will be responsible for ensuring successful production support (post go-live) for Workday Payroll, Absence Management and Time Tracking. This role will contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday AMS practice and should showcase innovation, strategic thinking and have the drive to make ERPA a Workday partner of choice.
ERPA is building a candidate bench for anticipated upcoming hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a consultant across multiple client engagements with minimal supervision
Understand client business requirements and provide guidance on design, configuration, and prototyping
Support testing cycles and assist in production deployment
Collaborate with Engagement Managers on project updates, risks, and changes
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Maintain accurate forecasting and project tracking
Support pre-sales activities including demos, presentations, and effort estimations (LOEs)
Stay updated with Workday releases, features, and industry best practices
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Payroll, Workday Absence Management & Workday Time Tracking
Experience working with a Workday Partner firm is highly preferred
Active Workday certifications in one or more of the following:
- Workday Payroll
- Workday Absence
- Workday Time Tracking
Strong understanding of Workday PATT processes and best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
