The candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for luxury hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to inspire multicultural teams while maintaining consistently high standards of service and professionalism:
Degree or professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, Gastronomy, Tourism, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within luxury hotels, resorts, upscale restaurants, or comparable hospitality environments.
At least 3 years of experience in a senior management or leadership position, overseeing multiple F&B outlets or a significant hotel operation.
Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquets, room service, events, and overall F&B operations.
Experience with budgeting, cost control, forecasting, inventory management, revenue optimization, and operational KPIs.
Strong understanding of luxury-service principles, including personalization, attention to detail, guest recognition, and service recovery.
Advanced English communication skills; additional languages are considered an advantage when relevant to the hotel's guest profile.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Define F&B operational strategy: Provide leadership direction for the Food & Beverage department to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction by ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and marketing
Drive operational excellence: Plan and oversee the administrative and operational functions of the department, including budgeting, forecasting, and policy implementation, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Manage costs and revenue: Implement effective controls for food, beverage, and labor costs while driving revenue through innovative marketing initiatives and service enhancements
Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
Ensure regulatory excellence: Uphold compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, fostering a culture committed to the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
