Product Owner – AI Enablement

Job Summary
We are seeking a technically strong and highly communicative Product Owner to lead an AI Enablement initiative. The ideal candidate will bridge business objectives and technical execution, working closely with engineering, data, AI/ML, architecture, and business stakeholders to define and deliver AI capabilities and products.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and priorities for AI enablement initiatives.
Translate business needs and use cases into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical priorities.
Partner closely with AI/ML engineers, data engineers, architects, developers, and enterprise stakeholders to drive delivery.
Understand and communicate technical concepts involving Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, APIs, data platforms, cloud, and AI/ML services.
Identify and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, risk, and organizational readiness.
Facilitate product discussions, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
Coordinate dependencies across technical teams and ensure alignment between product strategy and implementation.
Track product outcomes, adoption, quality, and business value; continuously refine priorities based on feedback and results.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
Strong technical understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents/Agentic AI, APIs, cloud platforms, and data platforms.
Strong experience translating complex business requirements into technical requirements and actionable user stories.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience and proficiency with product backlog and prioritization practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities.
