We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive – US Recruitment with 3–6 years of experience in US technical recruitment, preferably supporting Automotive, Embedded, IT, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Engineering roles.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US recruitment – sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, negotiation, and onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job portals, and internal databases.
Recruit for Automotive, Embedded, IT, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Engineering positions.
Work on W2 and C2C hiring requirements.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, work authorization, location, and compensation.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Required Skills
3–6 years of US Recruitment experience.
Experience hiring for Automotive, Embedded, IT, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Engineering roles.
Good knowledge of US visa/work authorization types – H1B, USC, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, etc.
Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
Strong sourcing, communication, screening, and negotiation skills.
Experience using LinkedIn and US job portals.
Willingness to work in US time zones / night shifts.
