US IT Recruiter Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh — On-site Experience: 1–4 Years Working Days: 5 Days a Week Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: US Night Shift About the Role We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT recruitment and a strong understanding of the US staffing ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate placement. Source and screen candidates using Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals. Work closely with Tier-1 Vendors and Implementation Partners. Understand and work with different hiring models, including C2C and W2. Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, availability, and work authorization. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to meet hiring requirements and recruitment targets. Key Requirements 1–4 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing. Strong knowledge of C2C, W2, and US Visa types. Experience working with Tier-1 Vendors and Implementation Partners. Proficiency in sourcing through Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. Good understanding of the end-to-end US IT recruitment process. Strong communication, negotiation, sourcing, and candidate management skills. Willingness to work in the US Night Shift. Bench Sales profiles will not be considered.
