Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Deliver a warm welcome: Greet guests upon arrival and offer directions, local recommendations, and general information as needed to enhance the guest experience
Provide exceptional service: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner
Maintain relevant knowledge: Stay up to date on hotel services, outlet hours, local attractions, transportation options, and event details
Assist with guest errands: Retrieve and deliver packages, laundry, event tickets, and other items as requested
Maintain an inviting space: Keep the lobby clean, organized, and welcoming
