About the Role
We are looking for a talented and product-focused Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help build scalable SaaS/PaaS applications and AI-powered solutions.
You will work across our technology platform, developing secure web applications, backend services, APIs, integrations, real-time communication systems, and AI-enabled workflows. This is a hands-on engineering position for someone who enjoys building products from concept through production.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain production-grade software applications.
Build scalable REST APIs, backend services, and microservices.
Develop modern, responsive web applications and dashboards.
Build and maintain SaaS/PaaS architecture supporting multiple organizations and users.
Integrate third-party platforms, APIs, webhooks, and external services.
Work with AI/LLM services and incorporate AI capabilities into production applications.
Develop real-time communication features involving voice, SMS, chat, notifications, and related workflows.
Design and optimize relational databases and data models.
Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and tenant isolation.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Build reliable logging, monitoring, and error-handling systems.
Collaborate with AI engineers, product teams, designers, and business stakeholders.
Participate in architecture and technical design decisions.
Identify technical risks and recommend scalable solutions.
Maintain high standards for application security, reliability, and data privacy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
.2–5+ years of professional software development experience
.Strong experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript
.Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar technologies
.Backend development experience with Node.js, NestJS, Express, Python, or comparable frameworks
.Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and API integrations
.Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
.Understanding of database design, indexing, and query optimization
.Experience with Git-based development workflows
.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
.Understanding of software architecture, data structures, design patterns, and scalable application development
.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
