Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Lucknow. The Caller will handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers with placing orders, resolving queries, and providing information about organic products and services. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records, and ensuring accurate communication of product details, offers, and delivery information. The Caller will coordinate with internal teams to address customer issues, follow up on pending requests, and support customer satisfaction goals. The role also involves promoting the organization’s mission by clearly explaining the benefits of organic food and encouraging repeat engagement.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with clear and polite telephone etiquette.
Customer service abilities, including problem-solving, patience, and maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call logging, CRM tools, or order management systems.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
Interest in or knowledge of organic food, healthy living, or sustainable farming is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and collaborate effectively with team members.
Prior experience in a calling, customer support, or telemarketing role preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in any field is a plus.
