Job Description:
As a Software Tester, you will be in charge of the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. Automated and manual tests will ensure that the software is ready to be deployed for users. Testing plays a vital role in the development of our software. You must be able to conduct your testing with proper documentation and repeatable procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
Follow through the full lifecycle of testing depending upon project size.
Adherence to Casepoint procedures.
Follow testing guidelines.
Generate test script/test cases as instructed by the Test Lead.
Execute test cases according to plan.
Conduct testing.
Record test results.
Report errors according to procedures.
Report daily to the manager.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle.
Bug tracking.
Bug reporting.
Generating test cases and scenarios.
Documenting.
