We Are Hiring: Nursing Team Leader
Sukoon Health is looking for an experienced Nursing Team Leader to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of patient care across our facilities. If you're passionate about clinical excellence, team leadership, and delivering compassionate care, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the nursing team during shifts
Ensure high-quality patient care, medication administration, and safety standards
Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain clinical documentation and ensure NABH/compliance requirements
Mentor and train junior nursing staff
Manage shift planning, staffing, and quality audits
Requirements:
B.Sc. Nursing or GNM
4+ years of nursing experience
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
