.Role Description The Deputy Manager – Project Sales & Specification is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for driving project-based sales by engaging with architects, interior designers, developers, and key decision-makers to specify Greenlam products in upcoming and ongoing projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new project opportunities, conducting product presentations and technical discussions, coordinating with internal teams for pricing and proposals, and ensuring timely follow-up and closure of project orders. The role also involves monitoring project timelines, managing documentation and inspections, aligning logistics and deliveries with project requirements, and maintaining accurate sales and specification records in CRM or related systems. The Deputy Manager will collaborate closely with regional sales, marketing, and technical support teams to achieve project sales targets and strengthen Greenlam’s presence in the specification ecosystem

Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, monitoring, and coordinating project sales activities
.Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely follow-up on orders, approvals, and project milestones
.Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to oversee product specifications, site checks, and compliance with quality standards
.Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate deliveries, inventory, and material flow according to project schedules
.Proven experience in project sales, specification selling, or B2B sales in building materials, interior products, or related industries
.Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities with architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients
.Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related fiel
