About the Role
We are looking for a Flutter Developer Intern who is passionate about building and shipping real-world mobile applications. You should have a strong understanding of Flutter/Dart, frontend development, backend integration, and the complete mobile app development lifecycle.
This is a 3-month onsite internship in Bangalore where you'll work on production-grade mobile apps and gain hands-on experience across the entire development stack.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
Develop clean, responsive, and user-friendly mobile interfaces
Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services
Work with databases and backend technologies when required
Implement features such as authentication, notifications, payments, API integrations, and more
Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and reliability
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build new features
Manage Android and iOS builds and releases
Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
Handle app versioning, release builds, store submissions, and production updates
Identify and resolve bugs and issues in production
Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development
Requirements
0–1 years of experience in Flutter/mobile development. Freshers with strong projects are welcome
Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart
Good understanding of frontend development and UI implementation
Working knowledge of backend development and REST APIs
Familiarity with databases and server-side concepts
Experience with Git/GitHub
Understanding of Android and iOS app development
Ability to debug and solve technical problems independently
Experience publishing apps on Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store is a strong plus
Strong communication, ownership, and willingness to learn
Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore
Good to Have
Experience with Firebase
Knowledge of Node.js, Express, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies
Experience with Firebase Authentication, FCM, Analytics, or Crashlytics
Knowledge of CI/CD and mobile app deployment
Experience integrating third-party APIs and SDKs
Experience optimizing mobile application performance
Existing apps published on the Play Store or App Store
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on shipping quality code
What We Offer
💰 Stipend & Compensation:
Fixed Stipend: ₹10,000/month
Variable Stipend: ₹5,000/month (based on performance and task completion)
Total: ₹15,000/month (potential)
