Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on IT Operations Associate to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, technical support, systems, network, hardware and security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support and troubleshooting for employees
Manage network, hardware, software, systems, and IT assets
Handle employee IT onboarding/offboarding and access management
Manage CCTV, access control, AV and meeting-room systems
Support ISO/SOC audits, IT compliance, risk monitoring and documentation
Coordinate IT vendors, AMC, preventive maintenance and service requests
Support IT requirements for events and meetings
Maintain IT incidents, logs and infrastructure records
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field
3–5 years of experience in IT Support/IT Operations
Good knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware, software and troubleshooting
Exposure to IT security, ISO/SOC compliance, asset and vendor management
Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills
