We're currently looking for an experienced Senior Software QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of its software products.
Job Responsibilities
Plan, design, and execute comprehensive software testing strategies.
Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
Conduct API testing using Postman, Bruno, or similar tools.
Identify, document, track, and follow up on software defects.
Prepare test plans, test cases, test reports, and other QA documentation.
Work closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Support performance testing and system quality improvement initiatives.
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum development processes.
Mentor junior QA team members and promote effective testing practices.
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of relevant Software QA / Testing experience.
Strong hands-on experience in manual testing.
Solid understanding of structured testing methodologies and defect management.
Hands-on experience with API testing, preferably using Postman, Bruno, or similar tools.
Experience with regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent Mandarin and good English communication skills.
Location: Malaysia
Work Arrangement: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MYT
Salary: MYR 5,000–8,500/month
