SEO Executive

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior SEO Executive to manage and improve the organic search performance of our websites. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, increasing organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, and generating quality leads through search engines.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO strategies.
· Conduct detailed keyword research and identify new ranking and traffic opportunities.
· Optimize website content, landing pages, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and other on-page elements.
· Manage and improve Local SEO and Google Business Profiles.
· Conduct regular Technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, structured data, redirects, and broken links.
· Plan and execute effective link-building and off-page SEO activities.
· Analyze competitors and identify their SEO strategies, keywords, backlinks, and content opportunities.
· Create and implement content strategies based on search intent and business objectives.
· Work closely with the content, development, social media, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
· Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
· Analyze performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Google Business Profile, and SEO tools.
· Identify traffic and ranking drops and take corrective actions.
· Prepare regular SEO performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
· Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
· Manage SEO for multiple websites, locations, products, services, or business categories when required.
Required Skills
· Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, and E-commerce SEO.
· Good knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and link building.
· Experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
· Working knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
· Understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance.
· Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, schema markup, and website structure.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to independently plan and execute SEO strategies.
· Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Experience
· Experience working in the Furniture & Hotel/Travel niche will be preferred.
· Experience managing SEO for multiple websites or large websites will be an advantage.
· Candidates with a proven track record of improving organic rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions will be preferred.
