Multilingual Customer Support Specialist

We're hiring: Multilingual (100% remote) — EPIC Prep
At EPIC Prep, we are a fast-growing international test preparation company (SAT, GMAT, GRE, IB, TOEFL, GED, DET…). We work with students and families all over the world, and we're looking to add a talented sales professional to our commercial team — someone ready to grow alongside a company in full expansion.
What you'll do
Manage and convert commercial opportunities, guiding students and families throughout the entire process, across a market that spans from Portugal to the United Arab Emirates.
What we're looking for
– Proven sales experience (minimum 3–4 years).
– Languages: perfect Spanish (C2), English C1+/C2, and Italian at B2 or above. Fluent conversation is essential, as a significant part of our business is conducted in Italian.
– A strong tech profile: comfortable and agile with CRMs and digital tools. We are a highly digital company and value the ability to adapt quickly to new platforms.
– Availability to operate within the time zones of the markets we cover (from the United Arab Emirates to Portugal).
