The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, highly experienced Head of Testing & Commissioning (T&C); Project/Program Managers; Sr Engineers to lead end-to-end commissioning activities for large-scale Data Centers. In this critical
leadership role, you will ensure that all Electrical and Mechanical systems are installed,
integrated, and commissioned flawlessly, adhering to design intent, global safety
standards, and rigorous operational requirements.
⚡ What You Will Do
-Strategic Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the Cx function, driving best
practices for Electrical and Mechanical systems across multiple projects.
-End-to-End Execution: Oversee large-scale DC commissioning (Electrical: HV/LV,
UPS, DG sets, Protection systems | Mechanical: HVAC, Chillers, Fire Protection,
BMS/IBMS).
Testing & Validation: Direct FAT, SAT, Pre-IST, and IST activities. Review and
approve performance benchmarks, scripts, and snag closures.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal execution
teams, design consultants, OEMs, and top-tier clients.
Quality & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to international standards (IEC,
IEEE, ASHRAE, NFPA) and ensure zero-compromise safety protocols.
⚡What You Bring
Experience: 8-20 years in Testing & Commissioning of mission-critical infrastructure.
Domain Expertise: Mandatory proven track record in Data Center commissioning
projects.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s
preferred).
Leadership: Demonstrated history in senior leadership roles (Head / Lead / Sr.
Manager) managing high-performing teams and cross-functional vendors.
Technical Skills: Advanced troubleshooting, fault diagnostics, and deep
understanding of SLDs, automation, and control systems.
