The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role within the advertising agencies, Radio station, Print Media, OOH companies or Digital marketing agencies.
Responsibilities:
Drive new business, lead generation, and revenue growth through proactive sales efforts.
Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, references, and other channels.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
Pitch media solutions across Radio, TV, Digital, OOH, and other platforms based on client requirements.
Identify upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business opportunities.
Monitor market trends and identify new business and revenue opportunities.
Qualifications:
 Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
 Proven track record of at least 2-7 years in business development or sales roles within the advertising industry or marketing agency only.
 Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
