Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in Mumbai. The Fashion Consultant will guide customers in selecting designer apparel and accessories, offering personalized styling advice aligned with their preferences, occasions, and lifestyle. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding product lines and collections, presenting curated looks, and explaining the features, fit, and craftsmanship of garments. The role also involves delivering high-quality customer service, supporting sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and contributing to a premium in-store experience that reflects PSL’s luxury positioning. Fashion Consultants will collaborate with store teams to share trend insights, handle customer feedback, and help build lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong product knowledge and fashion consulting skills, with an eye for trends, silhouettes, fabrics, and styling.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
Candidates should possess sales skills, including the ability to upsell, cross-sell, and support achievement of revenue and conversion targets.
Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion styling, or personal shopping is beneficial.
A qualification in fashion design, fashion communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a customer-centric mindset are essential.
Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-end boutique environment.
