Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager-Interiors based in Virudhunagar. The Project Manager-Interiors will oversee and manage interior design projects from conception to completion, ensuring all steps are executed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include coordinating expediting activities, overseeing project inspections, managing project schedules and timelines, and ensuring effective logistics management to meet project goals while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
B.E. in Civil Engineering.
5 + Years of experience in Interior project execution.
Strong skills in Interior project execution, BOQ preparation, and updates.
Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, designers, and clients.
Experience in sourcing and coordinating carpenter teams, fall ceiling works, and interior installations such as bedrooms, wardrobes, and TV units.
Knowledge of quality control techniques and project documentation.
Proficiency in reading drawings and scheduling projects.
Fluency in Tamil.
Job Location: Virudhunagar, Next to Madurai District and Chennai.
