Role Description:
The Project Manager–Interiors will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of interior projects from concept to completion. This full-time, on-site role based in Virudhunagar involves managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring work quality and adherence to design specifications. The Project Manager–Interiors will coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve issues promptly. Responsibilities include monitoring site progress, supervising installation and finishing activities, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards. The role also requires maintaining project documentation, using internal systems (including ERP tools) for tracking, and driving continuous improvement in processes and client experience.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess project coordination and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
Candidates should possess inspection skills for quality checks, site audits, and compliance with design and safety standards.
Relevant experience in interior project management, fit-out, or construction, preferably in residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in project management tools and basic ERP or software systems.
Ability to lead site teams, collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders, and communicate clearly in Tamil and English languages.
