Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer Civil located in Chennai & Virudhunagar. The Site Engineer Civil will oversee all stages of project development from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards. The daily tasks include coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, managing project timelines, budgeting, ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations, and maintaining constant communication with clients to align project objectives and deliverables.
Essential Requirements:
Education: Diploma/BE in Civil Engg.Experience: 2 + Years in Project management (PMC experience preferred).
Salary: Maximum Rs. 35,000/- + Food & Allowances.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Skills Required:
- Experience in individual villas & Independent residential houses only.- Strong knowledge of Construction quality and safety norms.- Documentation & Client coordination skills.- Proficiency in Project management tools.
- Need to prepare the detailed micro schedule and BOQ of the project.
- Basics in Computer and Ms-Excel knowledge required.
Note: Candidates with experience in high-rise buildings, towers, PWD, or road projects are not eligible.
Job Location: Virudhunagar, Madurai, Theni, Tirunelveli and Chennai.
