Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer / Supervisor. The selected candidate will oversee HVAC project execution at various work sites across the country, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include supervising civil and structural engineering work, coordinating with contractors and teams, conducting inspections, and addressing any site-related issues.
Qualifications
Experience in on-site project planning, execution and supervision
Strong communication and team coordination skills
Knowledge of quality control processes and standards
Proficiency in technicalities related to MEP principles
Attention to detail and ability to resolve on-site challenges effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Understanding of Autocad drawings
Experience in renewable energy or cleantech projects is a plus
