Role Description
The Site Engineer – Residential Interiors & Renovation is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day project execution at residential sites, including monitoring progress, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring work is completed according to design, quality, and safety standards. The role involves supervising interior and renovation activities, conducting site inspections, managing resources and materials, and maintaining project documentation. The Site Engineer also supports project planning, tracks timelines, addresses on-site issues, and communicates regularly with clients, designers, and the project management team to ensure smooth delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong on-site execution and supervision skills for residential interiors and renovation projects.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess quality control skills to monitor workmanship, materials, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Candidates should possess structural engineering or civil engineering knowledge relevant to residential construction and renovation.
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
Experience in residential interior fit-outs and renovation projects is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Proficiency in basic project management, site reporting, and MS Office or similar tools.
