You have successfully completed vocational training as a Chef (m/f/d) and have several years of professional experience in a comparable position within upscale hospitality or gastronomy
You are creative and open to new ideas
You have solid knowledge of HACCP standards, as training, implementation, and monitoring of these standards will be part of your responsibilities
Even in fast-paced and demanding situations, you lead our kitchen brigade with the highest commitment to quality
You are fluent in German, English, and Mandarin

You are a passionate chef (m/f/d) with experience across all stations of a modern and creative kitchen and enjoy working with high-quality, fresh ingredients as part of a dedicated team
You handle premium food products with expertise and ensure that every dish served to our guests consistently meets the highest quality standards
You ensure that the high standards guests expect from Hilton are maintained at all times and continuously improved
You support our kitchen team in the development of dishes, menus, and restaurant offerings
You enjoy supporting young talents (such as our outstanding apprentices) throughout their learning journey and helping create an environment where they feel valued and comfortable
