We're looking for someone who can spot a business problem, figure out how AI can solve it, and build the solution.
You'll work directly with founders and clients to redesign processes, build AI-powered workflows, automate repetitive work, and turn ideas into working products.
What you'll do
Build AI solutions to real business problems
Create agents, automations, copilots, and internal tools
Improve and redesign business processes
Prototype quickly and ship fast
Work directly with CXOs and business leaders
What we're looking for
MBA or equivalent business education
2 to 3 years of experience
Comfortable with technology and coding - Not just Vibe - GitHub account?
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Curious, hands-on, and self-driven
Bonus Points
Experience with AI, GenAI, automation, or agentic workflows on Microsoft Copilot or Power Platform
Exposure to cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or business process improvement
