Role Description The Presales Consultant at HONO is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves working closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, design tailored HR-tech solutions, and deliver product demonstrations that clearly showcase business value. The Presales Consultant collaborates with consulting and project teams to prepare proposals, solution blueprints, and proof-of-concept configurations that align with client needs and industry best practices. Daily responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client data, responding to RFPs and RFIs, documenting solution approaches, and supporting sales presentations and workshops. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HONO’s platform capabilities, HR digital transformation trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position HONO’s solutions.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret client requirements, assess data, and translate business needs into effective HR-tech solutions.
Consulting and Presales experience in technology or HR solutions, including client engagement, requirements discovery, and solution design.
Sales and relationship-building skills to support deal closures, deliver persuasive presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Project Management capabilities to coordinate demos, POCs, and presales activities, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
Relevant experience in HR-tech, SaaS, or enterprise software environments, preferably in B2B or HCM platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, business-oriented language.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, HR, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR or technology are an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and collaborating with diverse teams and client stakeholders.
