Role Summary
We’re looking for a performance-driven Amazon Ads Executive to manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns for multiple client accounts. The role involves campaign execution, performance analysis, reporting, client communication, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Complete comprehensive DataFuel tool training and develop a strong understanding of the platform’s features and capabilities.
Develop and implement strategies to improve advertising ROI and overall campaign performance.
Analyze Amazon Ads campaign data, identify performance gaps, and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
Prepare Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), performance reports, and actionable insights for clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, timely delivery, and effective issue resolution.
Manage client onboarding, account setup, and initial campaign coordination.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding campaign performance, updates, and follow-ups.
Build strong client relationships and proactively address client concerns, requirements, and performance-related issues.
Monitor accounts to identify churn risks and implement strategies to improve client retention and renewals.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, including long-term plans and additional DataFuel services.
Maintain accurate CRM records, campaign documentation, client details, and account updates.
Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and consistent campaign performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
1–4 years of experience in Amazon Ads / E-commerce Advertising
.Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, bidding strategies, keyword optimization, and campaign analysis
.Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills
.Ability to understand client requirements and deliver performance-focused solutions
.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts
.Comfortable working with Google Sheets, CRM systems, WhatsApp, and other productivity tools
.Proactive, accountable, and performance-driven with a strong focus on client success and retention
