YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team in Lisbon (hybrid work).
Your main responsabilities will be:
Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders
Translate business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions
Develop high-quality backend services ensuring best practices (Clean Code, Gitflow, Agile)
Communicate effectively and produce clear technical documentation in English
YOUR PROFILE
5+ years of professional experience in software development
Strong experience in backend development using Java (8+) and Spring Boot
Solid understanding of microservices architecture
Experience with relational and non-relational databases
Familiarity with Gitflow or other code branching strategies
Experience creating and maintaining technical solution documentation
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Fluent in Portuguese and advanced in English
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
