Role Description The Relationship Manager (Real Estate) will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer interactions for plot and site purchases, including understanding buyer requirements, recommending suitable properties, and guiding clients through the decision-making and transaction process. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes conducting property presentations, coordinating site visits, following up on leads from the online portal, and maintaining strong relationships with both buyers and certified builders. The Relationship Manager will handle inquiries, negotiate terms within company guidelines, ensure timely documentation support, and collaborate with the sales and operations teams to deliver a smooth, transparent experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, providing market feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
Sales and negotiation skills, including lead conversion, pipeline management, and comfort with real estate transactions.
Knowledge of the real estate market, particularly plots and sites, and familiarity with basic property documentation and regulatory considerations.
Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain options clearly and handle queries professionally.
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software, and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple clients and site visits.
Prior experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property visits.
